Delia is an experienced clinician and educator whose work is grounded in palliative care practice. She holds postgraduate qualifications in professional adult education and communication.
She founded Small & Simple Steps to help teams communicate with clarity and compassion when it matters most, and leads the design and delivery of all programmes.
Sarah Warburton
Sarah oversees the systems behind the work, supporting delivery, oversight and continuity so that every programme runs smoothly.
She is often the first point of contact for organisations exploring how to work with Small & Simple Steps.
