HomeHow We Work
How we work

Learning that holds up day to day

We focus on what teams can actually use, so learning lasts beyond the room.

Three areas of focus

What we bring to your team

01

Structured communication education

Clear, practical frameworks teams can use in real situations, with simple language and no jargon.

02

Working with emotion and stress

Supporting people to recognise emotion, reduce friction and keep conversations safe.

03

Embedding communication into practice

Helping teams apply learning so it holds up day to day, not just in the session.

In the room

A safe space to think, reflect and practise

Sessions combine discussion, personal reflection, stories, activities and short films. Participants have a workbook for their own reflections, and they choose what they wish to share.

Facilitators create the conditions in which people can think, listen to different perspectives and consider how they might respond.

The process

From first conversation to lasting change

1

Talk things through

An informal conversation about your team and what you need.

2

Agree what fits

We shape an approach that suits your setting and people.

3

Deliver

The programme is delivered by us or by your own trained facilitators.

4

Embed and evaluate

We use evidence and reflection to understand what is working.
